I don't understand. There has to be some point on the horizon where the bottom totally drops out from under this stock and the company just implodes.

Think of Sears as a decommissioned battle ship, it will stay afloat until all salvaging is completed. It will then drop like a rock to the bottom of the sea....

It's being artificially held up by Wall Street and investors. Should've crashed long ago. Its crash will coincide with the crash of everything else. Stock market, bond market, housing, etc.

One big, artificial bubble.

It will when Eddie finish selling off all the assets and rent the real estate property he owns. It's like taking a car apart and selling the valuable pieces. When everything you can sell is gone that's when you let go.
