Are all stores going to become self serve in women's shoes and cosmetics?

I haven’t heard anything about fine jewelry but our department manager said cosmetics will be losing commission.
Are you saying that Fine Jewelry will be removed from commission too?
All shoe departments will be self-serve. Commission sales are targeted areas for reduction or total removal across all Macy's.
Being a commission shoe sales guy I was off for two days. I come back to see a dsw styled self service in shoes. This is when I realized My career is over . Keep in mind I’m the last person from 7 other staff members who all got fired at The convenience of loss prevention for stuff they did not do . My manager keeps trying to move me to another dept trying to save me . This is the last year for a shoe salesmen

Eventually, yes. All stores will go open sell in shoes and cosmetics. Fewer associates on the floor, reduces costs for labor, allegedly increases profits. Oh, and it screws the knowledgeable associates that have been there for years, so there's that, too.
