I was doing a order in one of my Walmart's and the manager said they will be going to warehouse delivery with our product just like Kelloggs soon. She said she can tell because the items are in system to order like Kelloggs is now. I've heard Kelloggs is laying off close to 10,000 workers: sales reps, all merchandisers, 39 distribution centers, etc. Kelloggs rep also states that their upper management has said they heard we will be following them very soon.

Completely true! Not sure what planet you work on but here on Earth WM is just awaiting arrival of product at Mclane are they are ready to move forward!

From what stores are telling me is that they're taking over ordering Nabisco products in the 1st quarter of 2018.
Sounds like Nabisco is following Kelloggs by exiting DSD
I've been hearing the same things at my stores. Not sure when but it sounds like something is happening soon. The new CEO is from McCain foods. Not sure what kind of agenda he may have but I bet some changes are inevitable
