Can anyone say insider trading? Well not so much anymore.
There is way too much temptation for some of the special, regional desk jockeys sitting at computers all day pretending to be doing their gifted job to not sell out the very company they are "working" for. This includes their "performance" share allocations. A huge misnomer. The system was designed for this also by the way. This one goes way up there. Its fun with funny money $$$$$. If you got "executives" who are missing teeth they are not executives. They are frauds. You don't have to land one. Just haul them to the surface like a lot of catfish. You will need the exposure to pull this off. Be forewarned: Its a high stakes game. You mark them when your bending over at your desk to tie your shoe out of sight in the cube saying things that they would never put in writing like "divide and conquer". A sign of weak leadership or better zero leaders is that they never put anything or very little in writing. What you really have is an easily tripped up puppet with no qualifications or skills. All activist missions are undermined by shameless and opportunistic operatives (gold diggers). Don't even get me started on vendor fraud collusion.
Favoritism only "works" (pun intended) when your winning (23 periods of growth). Eventually, in trying times, it bites you in the rear (6 periods in the toilet and counting). If you are a hard worker but are barely getting by while other "equivalent" employees all around you are buying new cars and taking two week European vacations in the same year, something else is going down. Unfortunately, being a hard, dedicated worker is not enough here. You gotta get down on your knees to be lifted. Don't wait for your boss to come to accountability. They never do. I suggest all TMs request directly to your PBS access to the employee salary database. It is all inclusive...mostly. Also John Mackey also says doing this is everyone's right to do. Start connecting the dots. It is us and them. Additionally, "them" are doing all the wrong things at the wrong times (all the time). Its not their fault though. They either bought or screwed their way to the top over you. Those who have not earned their stations or had them gifted to them are willing to lie, cheat, steal and even worse to keep their ill gotten gains. That's why nepotism fails in the long run. Also, hiring and promoting using anything other than an objective standard based on work ethic, experience and success are the pitfalls of a high-schoolish enterprise. We are the biggest high-school since Hatebook/Facef+ck. And that is really big!
