If high volume on 10nm begins in 2019 then 7nm won'the begin until 2023 or 24. No telling what the market will be like in 7 years?

OP Here... i wasnr doubting, simply asking..
Cash on hand is almost completely gone with the MBLY purchase. Will need to take more debt. Last I checked it was already $25b in debt. Chalk up another $5b or so.

It's not scheduled to open until 2020 or 21. No telling how many go and no-go's will happen until then?
