Thread regarding Whole Foods Market Inc. layoffs

Anything about combo team process or automatic ordering? Haven't read anything of value recently.

200 stores have combined, rest are not going to because they are too busy. If you work in a combined store then you have to deal with it, if not then why do you care?

I can't wait until they start clearing store leadership out.

Wow...your grocery team leader would be lost for not knowing whole body? I would imagine he/she would simply hire other knowledgeable tms looking for advancement in life if he did not have the current structure you have reported on. Anyone willing to dig in and work hard at WFM has value.

EXPERIENCE is knowledge in action and knowledge is learned. In six months anyone could come off as an expert of some sort on the snake oil team.

WFM knowledge is learned...it is nothing mysterious. Get over yourself.

All stores have combined their teams now. All stores have automated ordering now. Everything is working perfectly and according to plan. WFM is a retailing leader.

No complaining.

Move along...there is nothing to see here.

At my store the hillbilly grocery team leader in charge of the gro-body dept would be lost without the longterm whole body atl and buyers..

Combo teams s---. The TL will never be proficient in all sub teams, and it really shows when the ATL they hire to cover their butts moves on.
