Been running from venders in Canada for years. Weatherford's inability to pay is legendary.

COD "Cash on Delivery" really not what I'm hearing from vendors. The ones I talk to only will perform work on a Pre-pay basis so that they won't incur material and labor charges and then find out that CASH is or is not available at time of delivery.
Pay your bills then or shut the place down
Some vendors have cut us off too.
