Yes- but this isn't ORCL, it's the travesty of American capitalism.
Not 100% true, we are using HCM cloud functionality, integrated with some legacy EBS functionality. CRM has been in the cloud for years. Anyone in the business knows that it isn't easy to move a multi-national $40B company to a new system (cloud or on prem)...
This is true. From people I know at the big O, they don't use any of the new products. They are still using E-Business suite for HR. Many of the cloud products just aren't very good. It's hard to get Oracle to eat its own dogshlt.
