It is inhumane, How intel treats contractor green badges? It was the first weird thing that I noticed when I joined Intel as a blue badge. Its one thing to give them more work to do and another when you say they can't have the complementary bloody fruit when we have lunch with them. Intel is a disgusting place to be, where they just let you question your humanity.

Funny to watch straight white men whine about how they are no longer privileged 24 hours a day.

Discriminating on race is legal, in case you didn't know. Intel should just admit they do this instead of dilly dallying around it.

Confirmed: Intel supports and encourages discrimination in the work place. Green badges and OWG are popular targets.

I've even seen job postings where HR forgot to remove the preamble "URM or technical female" and that ended up in the job posting...

I can conclusively confirm that if you are a URM it is easier to get promoted and you are at the front of the line for every management position. BK has made the management so desperate to promote females and URM that if you are Asian, White your are pretty much second choice if any viable URM is available.

@uuw - You've got to stop drinking the blue kool-aid, shill. How is setting representation goals for every URM, complete with a timetable, not reverse discrimination based on a race or gender quota? How is favoring H1B hires and L1 transfers over hiring American workers not discrimination based on national origin? How is it that firing employees over age 40 in 2015 and 2016 and immediately replacing them with RCGs not age-based discrimination? Of course Intel discriminates along many of those lines. If BK and his HR goons had any shred of decency or integrity left, they would remove that fine print from the job postings.

@kai

i agree with the diversity goals being exceedingly questionable with non-discrimination.

If you worked at Intel OP you would know that IT'S VERY TRUE. Anyone saying that its not is talking out of their butt.
