The table did look empty! MF sounded weak and tired and bland and his usual garbled inarticulate nonsense speak was worse than ever. The young peppy wanna be go getters next to him so eager to move up the corporate ladder screw us all screw the members who cares except that I I I I I get ahead....I never really knew this side of America until working for a big company like this. And it is pretty disgusting. Not at all what I thought it would be and certainly not what it COULD be. Imagine a big company that was honest , caring for the people who paid their big time salaries and caring for the people who make them look good to the customers.... just imagine.

Missed the meeting. .. a prepared statement? Like a hostage situation? Was there a gun to her head, or blinking in Morse code?
Literally laughed out loud when the HCMRN read from her script, and said the word "thrilling." Reminded me of that guy that said his time at Humana had been "magical."
What was the comment MF made about getting back at United Health Care or something like that???
All about the script. The want us to read from scripts to the members instead of using our interpersonal skills to establish a rapport with a member and make a positive impactnin their lives based on trust. Who wants to be read to when it comes down to something as personal as your health...or your livelihood?
That was the worst meeting so far. Almost four years of hearing the bs. It still amazes me how many words can be spoken with no meaning. There was no substance, just fluff. My brain shut off when the scripts were being read. Next time, I will conference call Voiance for the interpreter service. I guess it is corporate language.
They have "planned " questions to feed into the non responses they give
The reason we get nowhere with our complaints is because of nurses like the HCMRN who read us a script that we don't believe for a second. MF started making changes same time everything started dropping? Coincidence? smh

MF made it clear he is aware of the growing restlessness. Is he actually going to address any of those points at the beginning of the meeting? NO. And that preprepared statement from the HCM on the focus group. Reading it from a script was a bad idea and came off totally phony. I'm not saying it IS phony, I guess time will tell if it is a good change. Not too many good changes these days. When the call recording comes out watch the room tense up when upper mgmt "retirements" are addressed. Of course MF handles it like a pro, so watch the body language of everyone else. Nervous.
