Read up on this man, he is not stupid. New 8k filing says he is leaving the board of directors for SHLD and not re electing for the 2017 board. Very telling considering his background and knowledge.

He is a big time BK attorney. Probably needs to leave the board so his Co can run the BK efforts to avoid conflicts of interest.
My hunch is that the departures will only accelerate from here.
