Voted against all Board members and everything they were in favor of. I learned that a long time ago. Anything the Board is for, be against. Because it only benefits them, not you.

The best vote for Cote is for everyone to quit the company and let the shareholders make the product.
Your vote doesn't matter. Look at the major owners of the stock (I'll give you a hint, it's institutional investors) and your measly share count will have no impact on the outcome.
The major shareholders have been getting their returns from Cote and crew off the backs of the employees, why would you think they want to change course? From their purely fiscal perspective HON is healthy and providing them with expected results.
That's the reality of working at a public ally traded company, its all about making sure the shareholders get fed.
