All of Bakersfield and kernriver are for sale. The company my brother works for is looking at making an offer on the whole thing. Last time the bought an asset they kept ~20 % of the field people and ~5% of the office people. They also require all office people to be located in Houston.
I would clean up the resumes. That's for all of us in chevdick. Management built a fat organization so they could get there next PSG bump as it goes by people managed under you. They have to justify all these people so it's decision by committee. Which just means no one trust you to make a decision by yourself. Oh and most of us have forgotten what it's like to actually work and do business instead of work for 1 hr a day and look busy for the other 9.
