Embarrassing
I can't say what division. As much as I despise this company, I need my job. I just seethe quietly in the background while I look for another company.
I bet it was the completions department.

No one answers the phone here. It goes to a computer menu then voicemail. We had a family emergency and no one could get in touch with me. (I ended up losing a family member.) This is a huge issue down here. I can't watch my cell phone constantly. If I were a customer I wouldn't be one for long.

Probably the college kids running the place don't know how to operate a PBX phone.
What do you expect they got rid of everyone that cared about the company and really worked.
