Fresh RCG is far better worker than experienced engineer with decades of experience. RCG H1B just do as told and don't know better, intel loves to do things over and over again versus have experienced problem solvers.

Only experience people they want are the manager kings. H1b has another advantage they ain't going anywhere while they are handcuffed and by the time they get greencard most have kids and you got the slaves for another two decades, brilliance simply brilliant, sad for the poor slaved RCG

Yeah, a prevailing attitude at Intel is that trained and high skilled labor can easily be replaced, at any time, without notice, with another resource that has a degree, for less. Engineers are simply commodities, to be bought and sold off (severanced) to appease managements mandates for project deadlines, meritocracy, headcount reduction....GPTW!
