Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Any age discrimination suits going on that I can research?

A colleague who still has a family member inside Intel says 5 such class action lawsuits are in progress. I'd love to join but don't know how to find out. Apparently one of the lawsuits shows that the median age of Intel employees has plummeted, from 48 to high 27. I suppose they'll claim the VSPs and ERPs were 'voluntary' but it sure didn't feel that way to some of us.

Intel is stupid but not that stupid, they don't have a clue about technology, strategy, or execution but they know how to hire the best very expensive lawyers 😉

Now if true wrong was done it matters little what you signed but this is crying over spilled milk.

Don't worry more bad things are in store for Intel so if watching them and your ex colleagues fail and become unemployed your patience will be rewarded with more ACTs for sure! 😂😉

Intel legal here. All you tough guys behind your keyboards need to get a life. You have no chance of success following legal option . Just try it. Move on with your life. By the way, I am H1b.

If you took either VSP or ERP it clearly states that whomever took the package cannot sue Intel. They covered their butts real well on this one. Good luck trying to win a lawsuit whether you took the package or not.
