Some years ago on a retail message board that no longer exist a Hoffman associate posted that there were people assigned to monitor and post positive messages on that site. On that former site you had to register and post using a moniker. One of the corporate trolls used the name Classic Elements. At first she came off as just an overly enthusiastic store associate; she would always boast on how easy it was for her as a cashier to exceed her metrics. However, as time went on her post revealed a total lack of knowledge of basic store procedures and policies. Her troll status was confirmed when she gushed on how she stylishly and economically assembled her son's complete high school wardrobe from our Classic Elements line of clothing. Classic Elements was a women's line of clothing!
And some of the posters & commenters are funny!
If there are SHC shills on here, they're not doing a very good job. People know what they see at work and some stupid lie isn't going to make them change their mind.
Dude, you do know that corporate has people who look at this board, dont you? IT is now their job to get on any boards to deny or refute any rumours that go against SHC. Get used to it along with the usual trolls who just want to try to be funny. Welcome to the 21st century.

Guys, it's really not us. All of these bright cheery reviews are definitely from our 169 percent satisfied members. The success of our 5-3-2-1 campaign has really accelerated the successful transformation of our business model. For anyone to imply that we do not rule the retail category is just simply ignorant. We at Sears holding would never stalk the internet to post fake product reviews and career information. I mean those members at Sears holdings. I want to share my positive Sears story with you... But I've got to go buy a new pair of pants for my yacht trip...I mean camping trip. Have a great day

I have noticed these types of messsages along with the Sears 'positive spin' posts increase since last week. The propaganda wheels are turning (I'm surprised it took head office this long to start posting misinformation here)
I find that comment downright rude. 99% of the content here is helpful and appropriate. If you done like it don't come here.
