Current message is layoffs are over and focus on work.
I am still concerned as there is no work or product road maps, but happy to be employed:-)
The Dell EMC grim reaper came came to me (with two week notice) on Wednesday 3/8. But that was after a cheap attempt to flip me to a partner company on the Friday before. I think the decision was made long before that as it followed nearly a month of excuses why I couldn't be assigned to a billable project that I had already been working on months prior.
Based on the previously monthly layoffs on 3/8 and 2/8 (both days were bloodbaths for PS). They lay you off and give you ~2 weeks notice so that you are off the books by the end of the month.
April 5 prediction based on what? Thank you.
Next layoff Wednesday will likely be April 5. Keep an eye out for the business update meetings with HR on the line.
Not a second family more like a Step family with inbred management teams
Corporations don't have kids, family to support , do you expect anything different regardless of the speeches and rah rah pep rallies
All is good. I thought you said today is the day. Just keep with the core values of the company and all will be fine. It's like a second family.
See Wells Fargo should be talking to Dell . It's all about the BS called NPS Survey

Must be moving away from the Friday Tradition. Soon it will be 5 days of layoffs
Heard the same. Friday was too predictable
