Whole Foods is doing all it can to become low lying fruit but it's rotting on the vine.

I had the same experience. Fingerprint clock in was a plus though. Except that it was finicky.

Kroger hires at minimum wage. You use your finger print for punch in and out. Once received a raise of .05 cents. When I did not notice it, the raise was bumped up to .10 cents. Store leader said about two words to me in 1 1/2 years of working there. Showed up on time. Never called in sick. Worked registers.

Worst job i ever had. Kroger radio played music and adds constantly stating how they helped feed others while their employees were all on food stamps. Unfortunately the job market was bad and I had to get something.

I think Kroger would buy WFM. One factor,WFM pay wages are too high. Especially for those long term TMs. Cant see a TL going from $29 -$35 an hour to $18 $20 an hour. But at least you get your 40 hours never below. Can't fired just because. All because of the Union. My experience has been the best .Night and day from WFM> Make that change before your position gets"restructured" again in a year. Soo many great working peeps at WFM, just the leadership s--- in some stores and all region operate differently. Same company ,different messaging. J Mack has too much pride. He will let it sink before selling. I asked him once to increase the TM discount and he said" no, why would we. We lose soo much money already from the amount give out now".Really ,i never see TM shop unless meat is on sale or its pizza Thursday. Discount goes towards breakfast and lunches. Please $.80 for coffee..

Wfm needs to be bought out by a company that knows what it's doing plain and simple.

Just like Office Depot and Office Max. Office Max was third by a mile, and the other two were neck and neck.

Sad thing is Kroger does not need us or want us BUT they rather grab us before another competitor does.

Walmart didn't want to buy either one of these so there wont be an anti-trust suit..and that good organic law we passed is moot at this point in the game

Media outlets have stated talks are ongoing, but no official statement regarding a DOJ Antitrust approval or a FTC approval of a merger.
