This company has become nothing but a joke

I remember when you could come in here and get quality products and support. Now everything is just junk and the staff is downright rude.

Good response to the troll who started this thread. And it's commendable you're naming in there with a company that has little hope left. However, you let yourself get hooked, lined and sinkered by the person who posted this.

Some of try but it gets harder and harder to give the service people want and still meet all the metrics. I am in a tool department, and a lot of my regulars want nothing to do with swy. Some have even came right out and told me they do not want their info sold so they will never sign up. It is frustrating.

Staff is rude because they don't have the time or the pay to care. Most are just kids with their first job and have not been trained except the 10 minutes the managers spend telling them about customer service. The management does not care about helping you or any other customer. All we care about is meeting metrics-- selling PA, leases, credit cards-- and getting the back room cleared. If customer service was a priority I would gladly help you but with a DM or higher calling or emailing every hour to check on some metric and calling me out when they are not met, I'm sorry but I have bills to pay and kids to feed so the metrics take priority over you customer expereince. Sorry, just reallity at SHC.
