Oh geee it is the name of the profit oriented game. RNs and all hospital staff have been over worked understaffed abused and used for well over 30 years. Before ACA this was a huge sad problem and it got worse with HMOS and bonuses based on how much money was not spent for patients. Yea like someone here said wait till millions more lose coverage.
Hospitals have never been staffed with safe ratios and will look for any excuse to cut nurses. People couldn't afford ACA or the deductibles for care in a hospital to begin with, it was set up to fail anyway.
Just wait until 12-24 million people lose health coverage
It's greed, they've been reducing staff before ACA... as long as someone is willig to work which there is no shortage of.
