Can someone tell me what is pay range for HCMRN?
Yes, HCM SS are doing HCM RN duties. I wonder if the RN and the SW roles have the same salaries or if one makes more than the other?
I don't blame the SW at all, they have them doing RN job! Ridiculous.
Wonder what department the social workers are quitting from and how they will fill the jobs?

I don't think they'll be impacted as much related to CMS and licensure requirements
I haven't heard of any HCMSSs being laid off on the SNP or HCCP/Stay Healthy side. As far as I know, the HCMSSs and the HCM-RNs haven't been hit at all yet (with the exception of some management). Wondering if that means they are next? Hopefully, layoffs are done but can't help but wonder.
I don't think the HCMSS will be layoff on the SNP side.
Heard there were more HCMSS laid off. Not sure.
