Heard that Samsung will no longer ship inventory to Sears soon. Anyone confirm this? Pebble is full of associates trying to order their product. National inventory keeps saying it is delayed, or no longer available for the member.

Best Buy warranty good. Sears warranty bad. Best Buy stands behind their warranties and I have personally seen time & time again where Sears doesn't.
Go to the my Sears.com page if you want a taste of how bad the Sears warranty service is.
Who needs a product in stock.
By the way there are all kinds of stories about HHGregg customers getting screwed over by the bankruptcy. Lots and lots of product undelivered and the courts are allowing a max refund of about $1800. Given that lesson, I wouldn't buy anything at Sears you aren't walking out the door with.
simple things like if you lose your receipt best buy can help you look it up, sears won't be around to help you look it up, if you go into the store best buy will have 50 employees to help you out, at sears 2 people will be inside the store...... plus best buy actually has product in stock......
A Best Buy warranty is handled by Best Buy. Can actually be a good deal for higher-risk items. Expensive Bluetooth headphones for example--they will swap them out on the spot, including accidental damage. I'd trust Best Buy will be around for the next 2 years to honor that. Sears I'd worry about the next 2 months.
Best Buy and sears have nothing to do with your warranty unless you specifically purchased a warranty through them. Your one year warranty is through Samsung. If need repairs or a replacement you have to go through Samsung, and Samsung only. Just a heads up..
I purchased a new samsung tv last night on best buy.com but just out of curiosity, I went to check price at sears.com, i clicked on curved 65 inch samsung tv, it said no items or delivery in your area, i searched within a 300 mile radius, same result.... best buy is cheaper, will be around to honor warranty, delivers anywhere in the us, and has them in stock, why would anyone possibly wanna take the risk of dropping 2 grand on a tv at sears?????
Your headline does not match your comment. Stop stating a fact in the headline and then asking if its true.
Yeah. This is the poster who quit last year..and the same one who made the TV comment. I do agree. There's nothing more annoying than having a customer ask about a specific Item, but not being able to get one in a reasonable time if at all. And it was a real chore to make note of the Items we couldn't get in at any given day since we would always check anyway just to be safe but usually Samsung was on that list. They were always the TVs and the appliances that were the furthest out.
I'm not saying the rumor isn't true, because it probably is. But not getting Samsung products isn't really new news of you think about it..
Samsung has always been like this.
Where we fail is dynamically catalogueing items on the website by DC or store availability. One DC may have 50 of an item ready for sale, while another has none. Member goes to order but they are served by a DC that has 0 on hand. Member should not have been shown the item is available in the first place.
You got to love media. First they declare Sears BK and the next day they deliver news that vendors are freaking out. LOL

@MrEboG2-hno Agreed. This discussion board is full of whining losers. Maybe this is one of the reason the company has not been performing well.
@MrEboG2-zyu you're obviously a loser. Did that comment make you feel better about yourself?
I wonder what you're gonna do with all this free time once sears actually does go bankrupt....
And no, I don't work for sears. I left last year.
Yes, I've also heard that Kenmore stopped all shipments to Sears. Game over.
Listen to the Sears employee in denial, as if Samsung is the only supplier.
NOT!!

You'll be out of a job and in the unemployment line in 5....4......3......2.....
Pfft. We only ever had like 2 Samsung tvs ever in stock at any given time anyway.
Not Samsung specific, but the news is full of stories about Sears' suppliers halting shipments, demanding cash up front, etc.
So yeah, probably is true.
