Are they communicating what they intend to do with SL4, SL5 and IRs in this year's focal?
Or, they are maintaining a quiet before the storm? Will there be a public announcement or quiet firing? Will they do it before the Q1 earning date, or after?
How many months of CORBA payments can be expected by those fired? Can unspent sabbatical and vacation be cashed at the time of exit?

I got a Successful, SL5. However I have 1 week of work left and then 4 weeks of vacation in April, during which I expect to be ISPed. When my manager who gave me the SL5 asked when I wanted my retirement party, I told him April 28th; which would be good whether I retire or get shown the door!
There was no difference between those 3 things last year!!
ssl 3 in the same job for 3 consecutive years is a death sentence. this was already communicated last year. ask around.

Since every business unit must meet quota that is just pushed down to SLM and they "will meet the numbers"
No GM will go into roll up not meeting either budget or the IR offerings to the focal gods.
