Thread regarding National Oilwell Varco Inc. layoffs

Union

You union lads voted for 14% like the desperate halfwit retards you are.

Just because you have given up a portion of your wage don't start slagging people off if they wanted more time away from work .

Just because you can't get a job anywhere else that will allow you to watch tv or go on the internet for most of your shift is because you are lazy and institutionalised you spout off about everything you are not getting

Yeah, NOV is going to shut down that Dayton plant. Good luck with that union nonsense.

Unions force a company to have a conscience.

The Union employees in NOV's plant in Dayton, Ohio don't stress out because of Chemineer's inability to manage. We just do what we are told at our own pace and go home when the bell rings, with great pay and benefits.

I was never for unions before, but at least they work at keeping people working and force companies to find other ways to save money than to get rid of workers. Let's start looking into union support. NOV sure isn't going to look out for, the little guy.
