After cutting out so many APM's from Kmart and Sears.....they've opened up a ton of APM positions in both venues. Probably hiring back and reducing the rate of pay!

Those are just the former positions of IRT people that had to be back filled.
Gotta believe any smart ones not let go are taking the first job they can find and high tailing it out of there too.
Reducing the rate of pay, hours, no benefits and increasing the work load.
