How doesn't the pmp process work

Is there actually documentation about why you got the rating you did? Like is 30% of it performance and 50% interactions.....etc?

360 is a better system than just ranking alone, ABU are the worst and scoring good rankings to their friends and not necessarily the best employee, ABU is so corrupt!

To be at all honest the PMP process needs to be 360: without that it is just boss down dictatorships. 360 was the norm when I joined Chevron (not every year, but often enough so it has impact on management attitudes). We should go back to that, but I guess that is the last thing management would want in the current grab your ankles climate.
