Why even bother? It's a waste of time just like the PER survey. 100% non value added.
Maybe on a lab computer???
1svx has an even better idea than mine. It would be amusing to see company lawyers prove anonymity beyond a shadow of doubt. Would take turning survey software and results inside out. They'd probably settle rather than do that.
Complete it and print a copy of your comment page then if they go after you it is retaliation
That's what I'm thinking. I have plenty to say but most likely career suicide to say it. Because I do not trust comments cannot be traced. ...

Who is MM? What are they surveying? Employee satisfaction? That could be a short survey LOL.
Given his reputation, no one should complete it.
