Very interesting, 4xas. Your idea may actually help things, not harm. Be careful though. The San Ramon brass may implement the first part or your plan and fail to do the rest.

Dropping cip would be interesting for sure. I think drop cip one year, retire psg 26 up immediately and drop any tech work with roi less than 2 yrs or that cannot be applied for more than 5 yrs.
