If there are no ACTs in the next month then it is only because the A$$ idiots on executive staff combined with HR cost Intel nearly 2X the $1.2 billion budgeted in the 2016 ACT.

I think it's smart to know what you would do in the event you find yourself unemployed regardless. 2017 may be ACT free, what about 2018 etc.

Good for us employees if there is no Act obviously but Intel's revenue isn't growing. Its investment is growing and billion dollar purchases happening. They won't be paid back by drones and watches and self driving cars yet.
