I'm young. I pay attention to what they're doing to the older work force. I delete any job post that comes related to IBM and warn my peers to do the same.
What I don't get is how IBM keeps this so quiet from the news. I have worked for big companies before but nothing like this sinking ship. This company is still way too management heavy. All the layoffs and only people let go are actually the sellers who drive revenue. Not one wasted/useless manager gone.
People trust large corporations?
