Impacted on last round here, still can't believe it is happening again so soon. But it does, according to what I'm reading here. So sorry, guys. Please, keep each other informed, help others to prepare for the impact. That's what kept us sane the last time. Good luck to all. God bless.

Mostly PHCs laid off 4/27... no idea how many, but 3 on my team
Well I can see why a company that has made only 13.7 billion dollars so far this year does need to reduce employee payroll....REALLY. It is so discouraging to work for a company like this. I'm a HCM RN and will be putting in my notice soon.
The last minute meeting was ridiculous. Basically, they are rushing to let other associates know who has been impacted, PHCs and CHEs, but no specifics on how many or what programs. I hope all that were in this round of layoffs move on to a better place.
In the same boat but I am not sure trashing the company or acting like we were owed jobs for life is advisable. It doesn't change anything and your little piece of revenge will not be noticed. Rise above. The program costs were too high. That's it. Ceos make a lot of money. That's calleS capitalism. Members are not getting screwed. They can get plenty screws in traditional Medicare. I can understand the sadness and anger but the incorrect generalities and statements are not helping
I was effected last round. Please don't believe your metrics had something to do with it. I can't give too much info otherwise my identity will be revealed. But I was a top performer and laid off last round. Found out the coaches did an assessment on their team members in winter, coaches knew this was coming. The assessment done definitely determined first round, who knows about today. Keep your heads up.... better days are to come!
Please know that your metrics, your PTO used, your employee score, are all used to determine if you are laid off or not. Please don't believe the hype that this fledgling company is thriving because it's not. Don't leave, get your severance packages. Make them pay you back. Nobody is safe. Don't believe the hype! How can you hire more nurses when you just laid off HCM RN's??
I don't believe anything that comes out of their mouths and no matter what was said about no more "planned" layoffs this year, I don't feel safe at this company. It's not about us or the members it's about fattening their pockets. I recommend getting out as quick as you can. They will only look after their own needs. We mean nothing to them.
The meeting was a joke. This company is a joke. I agree with the layoff being a blessing in disguise. Be vocal, tell everyone!
My heart goes out to all of those affected. I'm sorry to hear this greedy company is at it again. I am a HCM RN and truly believe this layoff will be a blessing in disguise. It may be hard to see now, but I pray you'll find a better job and no longer have to worry about this anymore like the rest of us. I will keep all of you in my prayers. Please let everyone that you know to stay far away from this place! Members and possible employees. Use social media to voice your thoughts as soon as you're free of this place. People need to know what's going on.
To those affected, were severance packages etc offered?
LOL. I agree.
Seriously folks......does anyone believe anything that comes out of upper mgmt mouths anymore???? Eric got his salary raised to 19.7 million recently. That was accomplished on the backs of the 1400 who lost their jobs in 2/17. And where is MF lately??? I miss his rude, snobbish, arrogant chirps.
there was supposed to be a meeting at 1 for round two survivors that appears to be clusterf--ked. Sorry friends.
