Big difference between selling Aero and spinning it off to be a stand alone entity.

Cash wins on WS. WS wining model is turn a company into a bank. As long as there are assets to sell and the company is willing to sell them stock is ok. Cash good for stock repurchases and dividends. That's all bankers know. Eventually there is nothing good left and you have a Sears or IBM. Enjoy the ride while it lasts.

I would like to be optimistic but not sure I trust Honeywell.

This is a good thing guys. They might sell us to a company who gives a sh-- about their employees.

Lets hope so.

HON is selling AERO in favor of selling licenses and software. They don't want to be held down by paying all of us. Tim needs to keep up the illusion that they are trying to keep AERO. He's going to get a nice payout once they sell us all out.

What a joke. They think there is more to gut and sell. The cow is dry, time to sell Aero as scrap metal.

Oh yes. Little does the public know selling AERO has been the plan for many years. These clowns in leadership roles aren't qualified to run a toilet paper stand much less an aerospace company. Their complete incompetence is obvious to everyone including wall street. The clock is ticking! Sell your Honeywell stock now and keep a copy of your resume in your personal email. I give it 2 years or less.

Since Aerospace offers so much opportunity for the "software glory" that is our future (it says here), this should be interesting. Many of us expect the pesky mechanical stuff (you know engines, ECS packs, starters, valves, all that other stuff that's relatively hard to move offshore) to be sold off sooner or later, but I'd be surprised if the avionics piece of Aerospace went away without a struggle. Either way, the battle is joined.

Trashing this great company oh man what a good laugh I had from that. You are clearly a troll, sir. Thank you for the great laugh and good day.

Does this mean that all the sniveling haters from aero will leave this board and go cry somewhere else? It's about time they stop trashing this great company.

Hahahahaha Dairyass and Timmy are both nervous enough to send some emails out. Timmy said they will think about selling Aerospace but not before he and the rest of the morons are done milking all the value out of it and driving the business into the ground. Third point LLC obviously has smarter people than HON does. If anyone at third party LLC is reading this, sell all your shares now. The clowns that run this place are hard work ruining all our business relationships, hurting customers and lowering revenue all in the name of "shareholder value" AKA fcking all the employees over so they and wall street can get paid. Sorry not sorry.

Is there anything left to spin off? Or is it liquidation?

They basically ruined the business group while they stole from it. Just like the mob.
