Only if you sign a ridiculous form indicating that you voluntarily terminate your employment, which pretty much guarantees no UI.

Beware-this company is pure evil.

Severance is based on years employed. If you worked 6 years you will get 12 weeks.

I was with the company over 2 years and got 4 weeks. I was impacted in Feb. I tried unsuccessfully to be reemployed with the company. Had 1 interview but it went nowhere. My advice, take what you can get, collect your unemployment, and look elsewhere. There has to be something out there less stressful. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Do not let this get you down - I did. It's ultimately their loss.

Its usually 2 weeks severance for each year you have worked at Humana.

your severance will depend on how long that you have worked with the company. You will get paid for about two months regular salary before you have to ,turn in your computer. They will recommend that you look in house for another position but there are not a lot of positions available if you are a PHC and don't have a license for something. I went thru this back in Feb. I am truly sorry to all those that have been affected by it. It does get better believe me it does. I am much happier and found a great job doing what I love.
