Most people arrived after 10am and leave after they have eaten dinner.

Like other dedicated employees, I arrive early and leave late.

Here is the wisdom and it is very simple: be there smiling when your boss arrives and when he leaves.
Get there in time to be ready for the first meeting, and be reachable 24/7
Kiss Asx and you will be director in 5 years!!
Here you go:
6:30 - 7:30 gym and shower (don't drop the soap!) ,
7:30 - 8:00 breakfast and coffe,
8:00 - 9:00 check stock market AND invest,
9:00 - 12:00 attend meetings, read email
12:00 - 1:00 grab lunch and check stock market,
1:00 - 5:00 attend meetings, read email
Be consistent for 15 years and you will be healthy and rich ;-)
As a new employee sync up with your team and be predictable about it.
