Call the compliance hotline, or when Audit catches up with your store then you'll be on the hook too.
You report it to the Ethics Hotline.
Ha... I shall post a tell all when my severance is in hand, Crash and burn time.
We have a couple of reps in our district that may be going to local T V stations with this, reps are not selling, they are slamming......can't change your plan if you don't take this, can't lower your bill if you don't take this, oh, the hum is included....its crap, those of us who sell and do what's right are on the chopping block but the scammers are the hero's!

Must be nationwide. Our dm started making us add in a growth product to every customer summary sheet, even just people inquiring about how unlimited would affect their bill. If the customer agrees to the whole total, we're supposed to sign them up for the product, if they say they didn't want that when they see it we are to tell them it's included in the plan. We literally have to have these signed off by a manager and turned in. You can be written up if they are not. Being deceptive and shady is what's tanking vzw, stop punishing the reps who actually understand the nature of this business. Customers pay my check, not management.
There are whistle-blower laws for these types of situations.
more customer have devices on there accounts that they know nothing about and our at home still in the box retail reps have no choose but to slam customers with stuff that they do not need at all no wonder why everyone is porting out.
numbers are fudge management want us to work products into the monthly bill and use compass offers to bundle and present everything to customer as one packpage and not breakdown and the true hidden cost to customers.
Very hard to fudge numbers when everything down to my hemoglobin count is tracked and monitored
Don't tell your DM, that will be career sucicide. Call the compliance line.
All stores have the compliance hotline posted and all inquiries through there are addressed. The call is anonymous if you feel your GM is not conducting ethical business report it! Ideally try talking to your DM first if possible many of them take those things seriously.
I made a mistake. I had meant to inform @N0dt1w1-zdz that he or she is, ...100% wrong, and I have no doubt that you're "NOT" a union employee. You're a fraud. Union people do not shy from honesty, despite any pressures that might be put upon them by dishonest persons.

Seven management people I am personally aware of have been, from what I understand, let go for allegedly playing some sort of game with the numbers.
Further, the Union Hall would NEVER, EVER advise any individual to fudge numbers or to do anything that was below board, or would put your career in jeopardy. No how, no way.
So, stop the BS @N0dt1w1-zdz. We are stand up individuals who do not succumb to any pressure to veer from what is right and good, despite what you might want to believe.
If you were in the Union......You would tell your shop steward or call the Hall.....And answer you would get is...Shut F -up and let's beat to Sh!T out of the competition you little RAT!
Keep our company STRONG at all cost.
OP-tough to fudge numbers with PEAK. What numbers can a rep fudge? Things arent self-reported.
Reporting through the compliance line will have little to no result. The company needs gross adds and will do what they can or should I say screw who they can to get the results. I speak from experience your complaint will fall on deaf ears.
Fudged the numbers in the GL back in the old days and all worked out well.
You can report it anonymously through the complaince hotline.
Numbers are being fudged throughout the company.. not just you dept.. the hypocrisy is abundant
