Received Confidential Meeting email this morning. Anyone else?

wont tell us how many impacted, nor what areas just PHC, CHE and leaders impacted. Very vague. No HCM or SSM and that they are actually HIRING those positions
NO HCM AND SSM were impacted and still hiring RN's. Told that realigning but these positions not impacted. Reduction of force in other areas, we are done this year in reductions in force. Regional changes have occurred and some realigning will occur.Tells that not all CHE and PHC roles are not being eliminated. Said leaders were impacted but not specifically what leadership. Would not elaborate on the areas and how the ones let go were chosen.
The ONLY reason the nurses have not been released is because Medicare requires lic person for management. If that changes we will be gone....fast!
We do agree on that.
HCMS do stand up for the CHE and PHC but they do not listen. They just want to secure their bonuses and own BUTTS.
Then maybe the HCMS need to stand up for the rest of us because no matter what we do they keep laying the rest of us off.
NEWSFLASH.....the HCM are the one who keep getting more and more things put on them when they let others go and there is NO consideration of lowering rosters, metrics or demands.
Newsflash its not always about the HCMS. This is real and we are losing our jobs. I know you are overworked but come on this is our lives we are talking about.
this place is so two faced....one minute we are bringing in the money and saving so much money with our program and the next we do layoff....seriously
yea...let all the CHE and PHC go and load the HCM with MORE to do.....typical....
1PM meeting is to debrief on layoffs this morning.
shoot.....give me lay off date. I will milk it till that date and take nice severance all the while finding a better place who actually CARES about its staff

When is the meeting?
Is that restricted to Stay Healthy associates or can anyone join? I'm HCCP, but would like to know what information they are sharing. Is Stay Healthy folding?
They are trying to stifle any questions about it on the "Stay Healthy all associates chat" now.
Just wish they would give us any answer as to why
Some leaders let go last night...not sure if Coach, COM or who. Apparently they're telling everyone in another meeting today. CHE and PHC for sure - wondering how many of us were "realigned".
I went in the first round. Honestly, my life is better. Little stress. It stings at first, but then it is much better. Holding all in the Light.
Was impacted in first round as well and already have a job. Sorry for those who were impacted but believe me you are better of in the long run being out of there. Horrible management and greedy higher ups ruined a great program
I'm really sorry everyone. I got hit in the first round. I'm glad I got it over with and now I'm glad I'm out. The stress of being unemployed is less than the stress of working for that unethical money hungry company. Good luck everyone. My prayers are with you all.
So sorry to hear. Are you all with the Stay Healthy program? Hoping you all get the 2 month notice and severance package. Honestly, I think we are all being phased eventually. HAH is struggling. Someone posted about being asked about licensure recently, is that what they are basing this on?!? This company makes zero sense.
