I work in HCCP and don't full understand how these regions are divided up since we are all calling all over the US. Does anyone know where I can find the super helpful (heavy sarcasm) flowchart from the last all call??

Any chance TS manages SH? So the thinking is that Stay Healthy will merge with At Risk HCCP soon? I wonder what that will mean for us remaining associates?

Yes, my team was also informed 2.0 is definitely being implemented soon and that it looks like Stay Healthy and At Risk/HCCP are going to be all lumped together (probably in July). These types of big changes never end up resulting in good things, employment-wise...

Run!!!! Sinking ship. My leader told me HAH 2.0 coming this year, more layoffs. If not this year (supposively the VP a**hole basically said no more layoffs this year). Just means to me more next year. Told my leader still hiring nurses this year, but we all know that is only for our attrition. We lose a ton of nurses every month. What does that tell you?

The new scheduled work hours are based on East Coast enrollment of members.

PHCs, HCMRNs, etc who live on the West Coast with a roster based in EST get to work 7am to 3:30pm

Okay sounds like our hours are going to change in the HCCP HAH program. Wonder when they are going to announce it?

I am a HCM RN in HCCP and was told that new hires are not allowed to start before 9. They are saying theyou can start between 9 and 10. I personally have a lot of members that want called at 8 or 9. Many have yelled at me for calling at dinner time. I personally feel we should be able to use our judgement. Being told what time to start is not flexible.

Not sure about hours changing in the HCCP Program. We (PHC's) were told the hours have to change because there are not enough successful calls before 9 am, as most of our members either don't pick up or often tell us off for calling so early. Therefore, they think we will be more successful if we start later. Because of this, I do anticipate all PHC's metrics increasing and all of us being put on autodialer soon after the new hours go into effect.

I wonder if the hours could change for HCCP HAH program?

Hours were changed because they have found members easier to reach later in the day/evening.

I believe it is because we weren't being micromanaged enough. There's always more room for soul crushing micromanagement!

I think I missed something- how come your work schedule was changed to begin at 9am or later and then having to work later?

Not cool!!!

I believe what the other poster is referring to is PHC's are being forced to start working at 9 am or later. We are no longer allowed to work 8-4:30. Starting June 1 we will have to start working at 9, 9:30, or 10. I'm a SH PHC, so I am not 100% certain if this includes At Risk as well. There are many who are very upset by this because of having to figure out new arrangements for child care, etc.

What is the new scheduled, if you don't mind my asking? We haven't had any news of this yet, but I'm sure will also be affected.

Yep, I think most teams lost 2-3 associates. Joe reported to the best of their forecasting we have a sustainable, appropriately staffed department for this year and they don't want to go through layoffs again.

The Pros of our current situation is that leadership is force graduating members that have low claims and a low CBA score. While this might hurt those members who would benefit from care, it is the first time leadership has tried to save money by doing something other than trying to squeeze more productivity out of associates. I think they realize they have maxed out our metrics. I feel like the current leadership team will be more mindful before hiring or doing things that caused the Layoffs.

The Cons are that they are changing the terms of our employment by forcing us to comply with a new schedule that negatively impacts work-life balance. There is no growth and no opportunity for training or promotion. They just laid a bunch of people off who they will probably not hire internally, and they seem to think layoff are an acceptable tool, even with huge profits at a company in a first world country. We are still isolated and can only interact with our coaches, even though coaches can be dim, controlling and feedback averse.
