I don't see a problem. It was voluntary after all. I wonder who else will be going back.
There are exception processes. Necessary because the wheels here coming off high and low.
When they let us go during ACT 2016, little thought was given to the impact of the brain drain to Intel. Now that a year is about up, there are some select areas that can benefit from the experience and give the current employees more time to spin up their knowledge, before the current retirees retire for good.
He/she just needed a rest
