An earlier thread listed 5 top SHC executives that have recently, (i.e. under the standard 2 year max retention period for SHC executives), departed. Don't forget the CIO who left in January and his direct report Girish who is leaving in 2 weeks. So, the collateral damage number for 2017 is I believe more like 7.
What were not highlighting here are the successful executives.....like Integrated Retail. This is the future of SHC and will be it's beacon.
There has to be a reason why some executives at SHC get unlimited time and $ to never deliver change and others have 30 seconds to transform or be fired....thoughts?
