That's a good slogan

Change starts at the top, not at the bottom. these guys wasted millions of dollars on LEF, the half a-- working i pods, these innovation end-caps are a joke, customers care about service, not pretty end-caps with prerecorded videos. It's the good hard working people who make this company, not the big wig pen pushers who put on a fake smile during the staff meetings to do their corny scripted hype videos to good to give up their lifestyle 1% a--holes who look down on us, every person that has been affected by this change from this company any extended amount of time has been severely discouraged. Have you seen what has happened to this company?

First Commission was cut, then Bonuses were changed to be harder to obtain, the company used to treat people like humans, not robots. Now they cut the tenured people either down or out. How is anyone inspired to move up in this company anymore. not this one. 15 years management Lowes. How bout helping employees love where they work. That's a good slogan.

Love where you work will be known as a blast from the past. The restructure was never to be about management and letting these Asms go, it was to be about putting more employees out there for the customers to react with. At least that is what we were told until rumor came to the store that it was going to affect 1 Asm in the store, them when it came to our store a week after hearing the rumor, we lost the 1 which blew us away as he was the best damn one. Then another store lost 2, then another store they hit 3 for out of the door. So now we see hourly associates, that have no clue how to be an Asm, put in that Asm position. Heard the letters given to those that were let go read how they weren't experienced enough to hold Asm position? Hmmm yet these people had been Asm for over 10yrs getting great reviews, helped associates get promoted and such. Like our guy we lost, he should be a Market Director. The guy cared. Hell he was the one who actually answered calls, one we were able to talk to, get answers from, one who irrate customers blew at and he remained calm, he worked with us and although he would give a warning it wasn't in an a×× way. He is Management material and for years never lost his cool. Hell he politely told our store mgr to please stop yelling at associates as that guy didnt care who he yelled in front of, even poked a associate as he was yelling at him. Due to the end cap wasnt completed as we kept being pulled to help in another department, that is the day our Asm asked the store mgr to please stop as it came physical with an associate. Hr got involved but did nothing, crap got worse actually. MD did nothing about this store mgr and while we loose good Asms, this store mgr still has a carrier here??? There is a lot that goes on and corporate office is aware as many took complaints annonomously to them. No one is safe, not unless your buds with top dogs!!!
