I was a tenured SM and JBM....left awhile ago. Offered me sun and moon and a lot
Of greenbacks to stay. While it was tempting I had to go, didn't want to get caught up in the mess I forsee coming. Not surprised they are tossing money at people.
what surprises me is associates who still work there got the best reviews, salary hikes and some promotions too. Few of them got hired into different positions completely not related to their skill sets. HR is bending over backwards to keep the existing and the job sites show lot of openings.
Any preliminary news?
And the employees will be blamed for all of it. More layoffs will follow. Those high up will waltz through fine.
I do believe it's going to be ugly. Very ugly.
