What did MF say about metrics? He always confuses me with his doublespeak.

Not sure that is a good idea. We need to hear what management says and then figure out what they really mean. The more we all listen then we can come to this sight and discuss . Just my thought.
I am boycotting MF meetings. He is not transparent and I am tired of the double talk These meetings are not mandatory If we all choose not to go maybe that would send a message

45 minutes of worthless BS. I could have gotten another call in, should have dropped off from the call. I can't wait for this next measurement, NOT! It is like awaiting an exam in school. I can't even get people to answer the phone! At this point, his thank yous mean ZERO!
Yeah the meeting was worthless waste of time. We seem to spend more time stressing than working. The direction of the telephonic side is a mess and the person leading this side of the program need to be FIRED!
When they announce what the MOC is going to be we will know if more cuts will be coming. Hang on !!!!

What was the point of the meeting? It seem to me like it was much about nothing.
I'm confused, too. We are going to get "graded" on whether members are getting flu shots, screenings, etc?
Plus there was no mention of what the programs who stopped enrolling will be doing in a cpl of months. I submitted that as a question in advance, whether or not we can expect to have jobs in the programs that stopped enrolling, but they didn't answer questions related to job security (or job insecurity, I guess), unless I missed something.
