Saw from colleague's UBS screenshot by accident, he masked it's detail, but could clearly found that he had two RSU granted in same day of Apr/26/2116. Any reason he got two RSU ? Because of "Outstanding" focal grade ? or what else award he got ?

It could be hiring RSUs and annual rating RSUs. I had both for several years vesting.
I have multiple RSU's vest. Once you've been around long enough, you will have RSU's granted from different years vest at the same time.

Secret retention rsu happens on rare ocasions if the boss loves you and you are considered critical.
