What is going on with layoffs in Florida?

The number to call for the 'Personal Nurse Program' is 877-41-NURSE. Does anyone know if this is the 24/7 nurse line we are no longer mailing out magnets for? States if you have a 'serious condition like diabetes or high blood pressure, your Personal Nurse will keep regular contact with you." So these members would be re-rerouted to HCCP and others just get a nurse line to call??
What is the personal nurse program? Is that for commercial members only?

What ...are you enrolling for HCCP/ functionally challenged and high severity telephonic? I agree something is going on. Maybe we will know more after the meeting today.
We were told Stay Healthy was closed and that Commercial HCCP members were closing enrollment in May and moving to the Personal Nurse program? Is all of HCCP enrollment closed at this time?
Heard that there were layoffs in KY as well.
I heard we lost 150, was told just now that no more are scheduled to be let go, but I don't believe that. Im just an RS but we haven't been enrolling HCCP/SH because the coaches are so overworked and backed up after the layoffs. Duh. I'm over the shady crap. I want direct answers.
