John Watson talking to Pat Yarrington and Joe Naylor - does anyone have any confidence that anyone in this San Ramon trio has a clue about the oil and gas industry? This Chairman is very out of touch and if he thinks the employees relate to Joe Naylor, it's time he moves on and makes room for Mike Wirth.

PB was the heir apparent until he made his ignorance too obvious. BOD nixed the succession and went with the "steady pair of hands" in MW. JW's continued tenure looking shaky.

I agree. It's time for JW to exit stage left. I don't care who takes his place, but Mike Wirth would not be a bad choice.
