Our women's cac is completely gone. Huge mistake. We had 5 registers in women's, now we have one in jewelry. Now the line blocks members from coming into the store.

If this is going to be your new normal, the store should run the level 2 security clearance on those willing to submit the form. Those who don't want to submit the form or those who are quietly told they don't pass, don't show the jewelry. The others do.

Why can't Sears ever take a small step toward a sensible solution?

The register is in jewelry. Customers get angry because we can't let them look at the jewelry in the case because were not authorized. We can only ring clothing.

Longer lines give the impression the store is busy. People will want to shop just too see what the buzz is about.

Customers, customers, we dont need no stinking customers!! We just want metrics filled. Credit card apps, PA's, SYW sign-up, mobile app sign up. We should just shut the stores down and go onto the street and ask people if they want to sign up since there are no customers in the stores. (Or toilet paper and soap either)

I feel your pain. That is a stupid idea to get rid of the womens cac. How is the jewelry being sold? Do you get extra hours for fine jewelry? Hang on in there, until something better comes along.
