Anyone have a good contact in media? That's the way to shame them. Trump watches Fox News

What is he going to do about it?
Oracle is run by the lawyers and not the engineers. Just remember that.
It is hilarious to me that you think the president would give a damn.
Oracle customers hate Oracle. When I first accepted the job from Oracle and started telling people where I was working, I only got bad comments. People I knew in IT, that I didn't know worked with Oracle tools told me how awful Oracle products were, that nothing worked, that support was terrible, etc.
I had another comment from someone who owned a consulting company that had competed against Oracle consulting. He complained that oracle consulting used corrupt tactics to undermine the competition. I don't have any details.
In my "before-oracle-time", we hired developers from Oracle on two occasions, different companies. Both developers were nearly incompetent.
My impression is that Oracle is a corrupt company with incompetent employees who cannot get the work done in an honest manner. Cheating, lying, and other thuggery is rampant within the company.

Julie Bort at Business Insider is usually the main person in news covering Oracle. She's been an enterprise tech reporter for the last 10 years. I would email her, she's pretty good.
Why bother? Be glad you are out of such a toxic environment. Oracle is a terrible place, they have zero respect in the IT community and are loathed by their customers. I have been interviewing for the past 2 months and every interviewer started with something like, "so Oracle huh? I heard that place is awful, no wonder you are looking for another job."
