Where do I send my bill for overtime pay I never got paid for ? I worked 26 Sunday's for 7 years and never got paid for that time. Total owed me is about $40,000.

VZW reps get 35 percent shift differential. For working Sundays plus it was only half a day.. 11-6.
But I agree cable company stores are closed Sundays. We should be closed too lol
I cannot believe we make people work in stores on Sundays. That's turrible. If only ypu had an option sometime during those years to look for another job.
Dumb for working for free. There is a s---er born every minute. They saw you coming, hope you have documentation. You better file with Labor Dept and let HR know what your organization did.
What does your contract say? Have you spoken to a shop steward? Did you call the Hall? Did you file a grievance after the very first Sunday without proper pay? My guess is no, because none of that Sh!t would have ever happened if you were Union.
My other guess is the Verizon Leadership had that Sunday off while you worked to earn their pay. I wonder if their pay was correct?
