Qualcomm does not need to do any layoffs.. People are quitting on their own.. Mostly good people at all levels.. Others who are here have little motivation.. HR is to arrogant.. When asked about the salary, HRs reply was Qualcomm salaries are competitive.. BS.. Wake up HR.. My team is trying to hire people.. We re only getting resumes or interests from below average candidates.. None of the good work force wants to join QCOM.. WAKE UP HR WAKEUP..

No smart engineer wants to work for this sh--ty company. They don't value people.
Same hiring issue in my team. Folks turning down offers even when paid higher than current employees.
Meant the prior guy and prior team were great

Spot on. Those that are still here now have to pick up all the extra load since the SRP and natural attrition since there are no recs for backfills. HR would be wise to pull their head outa their arse.
This is true . QC compensation package is pathetic compared to other tech Companies , specially bonus & RSUs . and Salaries are below average for sure .
If other tech Companies open in SD QC will have a huge problem keeping people
